Things have been a little quiet on here recently as Lavinia and I have been manically putting the final touches to our own wedding…. 67 days to go, I’ve been told! BUT we do have the forthcoming pleasure of shooting Sabita and Arasu’s wedding this summer – Arasu is Allie’s brother – we shot her and Akilan’s wedding and Pre Wed last year!
Sabita and Arasu wanted to include some of their favourite spots in London, so we started off around the City and spent a fun couple of hours roaming the area, taking in St. Pauls and the South Bank. We were blessed with a rare dry day but these guys were stars for putting up with the cold – it has to warm up soon, right??
Enjoy the pics… can’t wait for the wedding!
Long time no post, the next week is ALL about catching up with some overdue blogging!
Wedding season has started to die down now although we still have a few more events before the year is out which we are looking forward to. Back in July, we were lucky enough to spend half a day with the gorgeous Freda and very charming Andy! Andy is a colleague of Lavinia’s and got in touch with us wanting an engagement/lifestyle session with his bride-to-be. The happy couple have just tied the knot in Hong Kong (congrats guys!!!!) and wanted to share some images from their life in London with their families at the wedding abroad. We did the shoot, selected the photos, edited, designed and printed the album, all just in time before their flight out! 🙂
On the day of the shoot itself, we started off in the Richmond area where we were lucky with some fantastic natural light in the park and along the river. Later on in the evening we travelled into Central London towards St. Pauls and managed to capture some more dramatic portraits – these are some of my favs!! Each time Freda looked stunning in her choice of outfits…. and Andy scrubbed up well too of course!
Anyway, enough talking… introducing the happy couple!
Last week we had the pleasure of photographing Alifiya and Mo for their Pre Wedding shoot in Fletcher Moss Park, Didsbury, near Manchester. Despite some reservations about the weather, thankfully the notorious Manchester rain stayed away and the clouds broke for some beautiful evening sunshine. True to form it stayed chilly, but Alifiya and Mo were a great couple and made the most of the conditions – soggy ground, Alifiya?? 🙂
These guys were great in front of the camera together which came out in the photos. The wedding itself is later this month which will be an amazing affair – can’t wait!
Anyway, enough from us. As always please subscribe/comment and “like” us on Facebook!
Introducing the beautiful couple…. one of the first shots we took, underneath a Weeping Willow I spotted as we walked through the park. That’s about the only tree I can name, by the way….
Always laughing and smiling, these guys were easy to photograph…
Love the cute smiles here again….
… not sure what Mo said here though 😉
The sun came out and was streaming through the sky for these shots… had to have the signpost in!
These last two images are a couple of my favourites from the shoot. Beautiful couple in a gorgeous setting.
That’s all for now folks….. more to come soon!
Thanks for looking 🙂
