Asian Muslim Wedding Photography – Wedding bells – Alifiya and Mo
Hey boys and girls,
If you’ve been following us recently, you’ll know we had the recent pleasure of meeting a wonderful couple – Alifiya and Mo. We were thrilled when chosen photograph their special day and after the many laughs had at the pre wed shoot, we should have known that we were in for a great weekend. And boy, were we right. The pictures will do most of the talking so we’ll leave you here with a few of our favourite moments of the weekend, including the Walima, Mehndi and Zafaf!
P.s We’ve added an extra treat at the end, be sure to get some popcorn and check it out, enjoy!!
The beautiful bride, Alifiya.
A nervous walk to remember…
What is it they say? Mum and dad always know best.
The groom guarded by his groomsmen – hold onto your shoes Mo!
A beautiful couple.
Her carriage awaits…and doesn’t she just look gorgeous!
An entrance fitting for her prince…
… with Dhol players of course!
The Zafaf – wedding ceremony
Nothing can conquer the love of a mother
Onto the reception! Mo’s father created a wonderful Moroccan/Caribbean fusion for this event.
Calypso drummers set the beat, the sun was blissfully shining on us and with little tagine pot favours and baklava for dessert, we could have been in Morocco itself!
Is it that time already? Cake! And trust me, it looked even more scrumptious in person!
Alifiya and Mo tied the knot the same weekend as Kate and William! A cute guestbook entry.
No wedding is complete without a fun pic of the groom’s best men! A fantastic group of lads, great fun to shoot these guys!
To end, a few portraits of the gorgeous couple!
And finally our treat as promised 🙂 enjoy!
